Madagascar

From the dense rainforest to the dry spiny forest, there are many creatures that live on the island of Madagascar. The most well known, the lemur, is endemic to Madagascar. During a 2 week trip, we saw 11 out of the 112 species of lemurs that exist. It is important to note that about 17 species have gone extinct. While lemurs often get the most attention, they of course aren't the only species there on the island and captured by my camera.
